My sister and I tried lunch at a new place yesterday. We've been searching for a really good Tex Mex restaurant near the lake house. This establishment definitely goes on the list for another visit. The taco, tamale and cheese enchilada were quite tasty. The chicken enchilada was a pass for me. Afterwards I thoroughly enjoyed a bit of dessert, a halloween themed mini cookie cake from a favorite local baker. Saturday cheat day, dontcha know. Tomorrow I'll be back on the salads, and Monday I'll be back at the gym, sweating with and to the oldies!
