At Long Last

Let's give a cheer, the college decision is here! This all started last August with applications and a mere eight months later, the senior has finally decided where she'll head for university in the fall. It was like birthing a danged baby, y'all. And the winner is... The University of South Carolina.

Over the weekend she flew to Columbia, SC, to meet her daddy for admitted students day on Saturday and that sealed the deal. I can't complain too long and loud about her going out-of-state since the university gave her a whopping $52,000 scholarship for four years of undergraduate study. Now we've just gotta stock up on some Gamecock gear and we'll be all set.
